Hello, it could be interesting to know if in such a company story, the initial founders still have a significant stake in the company or if they just won't get rich with it (they get intellectual richness though) due to the importance of fund raising in that kind of business.

firstly congratz on this new round.

Aside from the massive numbers, from my point of view YouTube adds little value and little reason for anyone to be a "loyal user". If Dailymotion can continue to provide a superior user experience then it's a (non-trivial) issue of getting the word out and building viewer and contributor numbers further from the impressive position you've already achieved.

Online video is IMHO completely in it's infancy and the stage is far from defined.

I'd be curious though to hear your comments on the French government participation, not a typical VC "situation", is it?
