Fred, thanks for your great post about KDS. Microsoft wrote a case study on the company, which is posted at the URL below.

KDS is also covered in a couple of blogs on the MicrosoftStartupZone.com—one by David Rowe, UK, and I mentioned it today in a post on whether technology has become a commodity. KDS is a great example of where technology is used intelligently to provide a better service and thus is a barrier to entry for them.

Congratulations on a great investment.

Hey, while searching for widgets for my blog, I stumbled upon www.widgetmate.com and wow! I found what I wanted. A cool news widget. My blog is now showing latest news with title, description and images. Took just few minutes to add. Awesome!

Jeremy thanks for your comment. i will pass this on to management. we usually get pretty high satisfaction levels with the tool but this is not the kind of user experience we are after, clearly.

[I have edited out this comment since the supposed Yahoo user is no longer at Yahoo and that the facts described were a year old at least. The comment seems to be recycled and may be motivated by unsavoury competitive practices. I don't know. I asked management and got a clear and compelling answer about the problem being fixed about one year ago].
